Account Eligibility and Registration

icgbet services are open to individuals who meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout the period of use:

• At least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.
• Not included on any self-exclusion list or ban list recognised by the platform.
• Not registering on behalf of any third party without valid written authorisation.
• Understand and agree that online gambling may be subject to legal regulations in your jurisdiction.

By registering an icgbet account, you confirm that the information provided is true, accurate and complete. Any inaccurate information may result in account termination and forfeiture of the balance in that account.

User Account and Security

Each icgbet user is permitted to open one account only. Attempting to open multiple accounts — using the same or different identities — is a serious violation of these terms of use.

• Each user is responsible for keeping their username and account password confidential.
• icgbet will never ask for your password through any communication channel.
• Any activity that takes place through your account is considered to have been carried out by you, unless a report of lost access is made promptly to the support team.
• You must notify icgbet immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Sharing an account with any other party is not permitted under any circumstances.

Users are responsible for ensuring all personal information in the account profile is current and accurate. Full name and identity card number (MyKad) must match the information used when registering the payment method for withdrawal verification purposes.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions at icgbet are subject to the following minimum limits and processing procedures:

• Minimum deposit: RM10 for all supported payment methods.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawal processing time: between 15 minutes and 2 hours depending on the method chosen.
• Accepted payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX) and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

icgbet does not charge processing fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, some payment service providers may impose their own charges that are outside icgbet's control.

icgbet reserves the right to request identity verification documents before approving a withdrawal, particularly for withdrawals exceeding certain limits or when there is unusual account activity.

Bonuses, Promotions and VIP Programme

All bonuses and promotions offered by icgbet are subject to specific terms and conditions. The icgbet welcome bonus gives a 120% match on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM500, with wagering requirements as follows:

• Wagering requirement: 10 times the bonus amount received.
• Example: Deposit RM100 → bonus RM120 → account balance RM220 → wagering requirement RM120 × 10 = RM1,200.
• Second example: Deposit RM1,000 → bonus RM500 (maximum cap) → balance RM1,500 → wagering requirement RM500 × 10 = RM5,000.
• Bonus winnings can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirements have been fully met.

The icgbet VIP programme has four levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each level offers a different weekly cashback rate — Bronze up to 0.3%, Silver up to 0.6%, Gold up to 0.9%, and Platinum up to 1.2%. Level upgrades depend on the level of activity and betting history in the account.

Game Rules and Betting

All games offered at icgbet — including slots, live casino, sports betting, sportsbook, and card games — are conducted in accordance with standard industry rules set by their respective game providers.

• Game results are final and cannot be disputed after a round is completed.
• Any technical interruption during an active round will be resolved in accordance with the policy of the relevant game provider.
• For sports betting and sportsbook, the odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the final odds that apply, unless there is a clear technical error.
• Bets placed on games that experience a system error may be voided by icgbet and the bet amount will be returned to the account.
• Mix parlay bets are subject to additional rules displayed in the sports betting section of the platform.

Players are advised to understand the rules of each game before betting. Unfamiliarity with game rules cannot be used as grounds to claim a refund.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or closure, as well as forfeiture of all balances and bonuses:

• Opening multiple accounts using the same or different identities.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical method to exploit games or bonus systems.
• Colluding with other players in games that require independent decisions.
• Uploading fake or altered identity documents.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you or has not been authorised by its rightful owner.
• Any attempt at money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Spreading misleading information about icgbet to others.

icgbet reserves the right to take appropriate legal action against users found to be involved in fraud or activities that compromise the integrity of the platform.

Account Closure and Suspension

Users may close their own account at any time by contacting the icgbet customer support team via live chat or email. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

• Any valid account balance will be returned to the player after all conditions have been met, prior to final closure.
• Any bonus that has not met its wagering requirements will be forfeited in full upon account closure.
• icgbet reserves the right to close or suspend an account without prior notice if there is evidence of a terms violation, fraud, or a security threat.
• Users who have activated the self-exclusion option will not be permitted to open a new account during the active exclusion period.

User Responsibilities and Limitation of Liability

Users are solely responsible for every betting decision made. icgbet provides the platform and services but is not responsible for losses arising from users' betting decisions.

• Gambling carries the risk of losing money. Only play with money you can afford to lose.
• icgbet will not be liable for any indirect losses, data loss, or service disruptions that do not result from the platform's direct negligence.
• In any circumstances, icgbet's maximum liability to a user will not exceed the net deposit amount made in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
• icgbet does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability, but will make efforts to minimise system downtime.

Data Protection and Privacy

icgbet collects and processes users' personal data in accordance with the platform's Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of that data for the following purposes:

• Verifying the identity and age of users.
• Processing financial transactions securely.
• Communications related to accounts, promotions, and customer support.
• Compliance with legal requirements and anti-money laundering regulations.
• Improving platform services and user experience.

icgbet will not sell or disclose your personal data to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or in circumstances described in our Privacy Policy.

Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
